Sofia Branch as part of the structure of "Start engineering" JSCo. performs engineering services in an appropriate volume of the electrical facilities in TPP, HPP, electrical substations, in the metallurgy, in the chemical industry, natural gas compressor stations, "Metropoliten" - Sofia and other industrial enterprises.
- “Start engineering” JSCo. Sofia Branch has a powerful design team and performs a design in the scope of PLC based control systems in the field of I&C, electrical substations, ventilation and air conditioning systems, pumping stations, burning systems of water heating boilers, chemical water treatment in TPP and Heating Plants, transportation and crushing-screening systems, in gas compressor stations, gas filling plants. Projects in the field of power industry are being developed - reconstruction of 110, 220 and 400 kV Outdoors Switchgear, modernization and automation of the excitation of 200MW turbine generators in TPP, replacement of relay protections in substations, automation of traction substations in "Metropoliten", modernization of MV and LV power systems.
- “Start engineering” JSCo. Sofia Branch has installation groups equipped with reliable and modern equipment, for performing electrical installation works in the field of Electrical and I&C parts and for performing the projects, developed by the company.
- "The laboratory of electrical and I&C measurements " has a state license for performing starting up and commissioning activities and for issuing technical protocols for final acceptance of the installations by the relevant authorities. It encompasses inspection of the condition of electrical systems, their integrity and their correspondence to the design, inspection and adjustment of the automation systems (Automatic Changeover, Automatic Voltage Regulator, Automatic Frequency Control, Automatic Re-closing Function, etc.), adjustment of relay protections and technological protections. In its activity the laboratory observes the established internal Quality System, reflected in the "Quality handbook", in which the elements and functioning of the system are described.
Thus, the established structure and high qualification of the personnel give the opportunity of “Start engineering” JSCo. Branch Sofia during the recent years to realize
and perform commissioning of a number of industrial and power producing sites, such as:
