“Start engineering” JS Co. Bourgas Branch performs activities in 5 areas, as follows:
- Engineering activity in the field of production and distribution of electrical power, and the more significant sites, commissioned with our participation during the recent years are:
- Construction of Boiler unit 12 in TPP of “Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas”;
- Commissioning of Turbine generator 1 in TPP of “Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas”;
- Commissioning of substation 002 (6 kV) with microprocessor protections and vacuum circuit breakers of Siemens in “Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas”;
- Commissioning of 12 sections – 6 kV, with ÀÂÂ equipment in “Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas”;
- Upgrading of protections (ÀÂÂ) in 20 kV switchgear of “Khan Krum” pumping station;
- Commissioning of substation 004 (0,4 kV) in “Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas” with Siemens equipment;
- Commissioning of substations ¹ 403 and 404 (0,4 kV) in “Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas” with equipment of Schneider Electric;
- Commissioning of 2 substations (0,4 kV) in “Atmosphere distilling” production of “Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas” with equipment of Schneider Electric;
- Commissioning of 12-th section (0,4 kV) in TPP of “Lukoil Neftochim Burgas” with Schneider Electric equipment;
- Commissioning of Switchgear (0,4 kV) of pumping station “Mandra” with ÀÂÂ equipment;
- Commissioning of system (0,4 kV) at the National Chemical Plant in Bourgas with General Electric Circuit Breakers.
- Engineering activity in the field of construction and commissioning of Automated Control Systems for technological processes, and the more significant sites, commissioned with our participation during the recent years are:
- Reconstruction and upgrade of Water Treatment – 2 in TPP of “Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas”, 1-st and 2-nd stage;
- Boiler unit 12 and Turbine Generator – 1 in TPP of “Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas”;
- Automated filling railway overpass in “Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas”;
- Measuring station for loading ships in Petrol Base Rosenetz;
- Automation of 320 kVA Diesel Generator in Port Base Asparouhovo;
- Automation of 320 kVA Diesel Generator of compressor “Hafi” in “Ethylene oxide” of “Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas”.
- Engineering activity in the field of ventilation and air conditioning, and the more significant sites, commissioned with our participation during the recent years are:
- Construction and commissioning of air conditioning systems in “Kronoshpan” company, Surgical ward in Bourgas, Ceremonial hall in Bourgas, Administrative building of “Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas”;
- Delivery and installation of numerous split air conditioners of GE, Samsung, Panasonic, Toshiba, etc.
- Assembly of electrical panels with high degree of protection (IP 65).
Manufacturing of electrical panels (Saip) with components of GE, Siemens, Schneider, ABB, EAZ Plovdiv.
A new base for this activity is already done.
- Trade department with shop for selling electrical components and automation facilities.
